NorthStar SOS was born when the welcome pains startup
growth were met with the interests and skill set of an
individual contributor. Since then, there's been no
stopping a drive for continuous improvement around
efficiency, data mining and transparency, and
communication amongst GTM teams.
I bring my education in Organizational Leadership and
Change, experience as an individual sales contributor, and
understanding of north star growth metrics as a Sales Ops
professional to each project.
I strive for a K.I.S.S. - approach to solutions so partners
may easily maintain and grow what's been put into place
long term.
